I'm Local to St. Albert, can I pick up?
- Yes, you can!! Just select Local Pick Up during check out! Once your order is ready for pick up I will email you pick up details, please check your junk mail if you have not received an email within the stated production time.
If I buy more do I get a discount/bulk pricing?

I want to cancel my order. How can I do that?
- If your order has not been started I will gladly refund your order but please message me ASAP to let me know. There are no refunds on custom or personalized items, so please notify me as soon as possible. Custom orders can be cancelled if I have not started production.
How fast can I get my order?
- The majority of my items are 2 - 3 weeks for production. Shipping times also vary as I cannot guarantee arrival dates. All orders are filled in the order they are received.
Can my tags/buttons go in the washing machine?
- Wood cannot be soaked. Items with wood tags/buttons should be hand washed only and not left to soak in water.
- Cork can be cleaned by hand with a mild soap and some water.
- Suede, leather and acrylic are all machine washable.
Why is the shipping so expensive?
- All orders are shipped via Tracked Parcel. It is a flat rate cost.
- Canadians: If you would still like to ship via untracked Lettermail you may use a coupon code to reduce your shipping. Please massage me on Facebook to receive the code.
Can I combine wood type and/or acrylic colours when ordering one set?
- Unfortunately, you can only order one wood type or acrylic colour per set. I do sell the tags individually.
I would like a sample of your faux suede, how can I do that?
- Visit this listing (HERE) to get a free sample of my in stock colours. Free shipping within Canada and the US. Colours may vary depending on what I have in stock at the time.
How long does it take once shipped?
- Shipping times depends on where you live.
- All orders are shipped via Chat Chats. their distribution centre is located outside my city so it may take a couple of days for your tracking to update. Chat Chats enable you to get tracking at a reasonable cost.
- U.S. - I have the option to use USPS shipping labels from Canada and get a third party postal service to take your order over the border. Because I am able to do this it DRASTICALLY reduces your shipping costs by over 50%. Once your order clears US customs it will take 3 to 6 working days delivery. The whole process takes 5 to 10 days by first class mail.
- Everywhere else is 4-6 weeks.
How does the loyalty club work?
CURRENTLY loyalty program discounts are having tech issues. Please message for your coupon code to still receive your loyalty discount. I apologize for the inconvenience while I sort the issue out.

- Your account will keep track of how many tags/buttons you order.
- There are 3 tiers that can be earned. Discounts are automatically added to your cart once earned. You will need to log in to activate discount.
- Tiers are as follow:
- SILVER - Spend $300 save 10%
- GOLD - Spend $500 save 15%
- PLATINUM- Spend $1000 save 20%
- Valid only on garment tags and buttons.
- Not valid on first order.
What's the difference between Wholesale and Bulk ordering?
- Wholesale is reserved for retail store or online store. There is a minimum order and can be used on many different items, Please apply here.
- Bulk buying is for large quantity orders. The discount is tiered depending on how many items you would like. Typically bulk buying is certain items either for personal use or to add a little something extra to your business.
