No refunds or exchanges on custom orders. In special circumstances a refund may be permitted with the return of the items in new and unused condition. Maple & Rose retains the right to determine which cases are considered special.
All files provided by the customer are at the discretion of the customer. Maple & Rose is not responsible for incorrect files. So please be sure you understand file formats. If you are unsure, please email for information or request a proof.
If there are any legal disputes, all cases will take place in the province of purchase (Alberta)
